Did you know I already have my Level 1 Sommelier Certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers? The studying for Level 2 never really stops — I didn’t even make it through one flight without cracking open my wine book. 😂

FIVE YEARS! WHOA!

Did you know nearly 50% of small businesses fail within the first 5 years!?!? In honor of my 5 year anniversary coming up soon, we're going to do a whole summer of celebrations!

To kick things off, let's start with celebrating the 5 year anniversary of establishing my business page! I've learned alot, and still am learning, but I absolutely love what I do and can't wait to see what the next 5 years brings! 😃

THANK YOU to everyone who has been so patient with me this past week and a half. I have been out of town spending some time with my family, and especially my Aunt during her final battle with cancer. We had a Celebration of Life on Saturday and I was in charge of "cheese and crackers".....of course I couldn't just do something basic and went all out underneath some of her tea cup collection (and by all out, it was still really only like 50% effort because the exhaustion was real). Don't mind the 1 single gherkin....that was a joke for my cousin🤣 Aunt Marsha was always so supportive of me and my business and I know she would be proud.

I'm finally home and will be knocking out a bunch of work this morning, including the NEW MENU for May! That will be posted this afternoon, so be on the lookout! I still feel pretty sleep deprived, but I will catch up on all your emails ASAP!

Happy 50th Birthday!

This client celebrated their milestone birthday with a 4-course dinner right in the comfort of their own home. From the Blackened Shrimp to start all the way through the Grits and Greens to finish, this menu had a hint of the South in every single course. Yum!
